The ideal candidate should have 6–8 years of HR experience in FMCG, solid understanding of HR practices, and fluency in Mandarin and English. Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, preferably as HRBP or in a generalist role in FMCG industries.
• Ability to work independently, handle complex situations, and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders in Sales and Manufacturing.
• Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth.
• Review and assess HR and operational processes for efficiency.
• Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in people management.
• Handle employee relations issues and workplace conflicts.
• Implement HR policies and initiatives from Head Office.
