About The Role
As a Regional Acquisition Team Leader, you will be instrumental in leading and optimizing the performance of our field acquisition teams within your designated territories across Indonesia. This role focuses on strategically driving expansion of our Amarthalink agent network through effective field engagement, specifically targeting the integration of LKD Agents, local Warung/Toko Kelontong and Konter Pulsa into the Amartha ecosystem. You will be responsible for the comprehensive oversight of field operations, rigorous analysis of performance metrics, and the delivery of actionable strategic insights to maximize the efficiency and scalability of our field acquisition initiatives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the growth and scalability of Amartha's agent network through strategic field operations.
