Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Job Posting & Sourcing: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to attract qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring timely communication and preparation.
  • Collaborating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and timelines.
  • Candidate Experience: Provide a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process, ensuring timely feedback and transparency.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiate compensation packages, and ensure smooth transition to employment.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a focus on high-volume hiring or specialized roles.
  • Recruitment Expertise: Solid understanding of recruitment methods, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection processes.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational abilities to manage multiple roles simultaneously.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software (e.g., Greenhouse, Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
