About the role

We are seeking an experienced and professional Receptionist to join our West Java team at PT Sodexo Sinergi Indonesia on a contract basis. As the first point of contact for our organisation, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming impression for all visitors and callers. Your exceptional customer service and administrative skills will be essential in supporting the smooth running of our office.

What you'll be doing
  • Greet and welcome all visitors to the office in a friendly and professional manner
  • Manage incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, directing enquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain a tidy and organised reception area
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and data entry
  • Assist with meeting room bookings and catering arrangements
  • Contribute to the overall positive office environment and culture
What we're looking for
  • Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer-facing administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Proficient in using common office software such as Microsoft Office
  • A professional and courteous demeanour, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and a willingness to contribute to the wider team
  • Having experience as a flight attendant is preferred
