Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives and risk profile
• To manage existing store leasing process.
• Create Feasibility Study to extend rent and option with on-ground execution.
• Coordinate with related department for store and landlord issues.
• Executes leasing business process flows based on time.
• Renegotiation for renewal, renovation, expansion existing store lease agreement.
• Maintain good relationship with major developers.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in real estate or property development, preferably within a business development or asset management role
• Strong understanding of the retail and property development industry, including market dynamics, trends, and regulatory framework
• Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex commercial transactions
• Proficient in financial analysis, modelling, and investment appraisal
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical, problem and decision making capabilities.
• Willing to be placed in Ciracas - Jakarta Timur.
