React.js / Next.js / WordPress Front-end Developer Medior/Senior

Maju Agency is a forward-thinking digital agency specializing in cutting-edge web development. Our small but skilled team of developers, designers, and strategists delivers high-quality, custom web solutions — with a focus on attention to detail, speed, and efficiency.

We’re looking for a senior-level Front-End Developer with at least 5 years of experience building fully custom WordPress websites (page builders do not count) and strong expertise in React.js and Next.js.

You should have solid PHP skills (minimum 2 years), and an excellent understanding of ACF, CPT, and modern web performance. Familiarity with WPML is a big plus.

We need someone detail-oriented, fast, and reliable — with very good English communication skills — who is ready to relocate to Bali within the next 9 months.

While not mandatory, experience with GSAP and/or Laravel is also a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop & Maintain Websites: Build responsive, high-performance websites and apps using React.js, Next.js, and WordPress.

Custom WordPress Builds: Implement CPTs, ACF, and advanced WordPress features without relying on page builders.

Optimize Performance: Deliver sites that are fast, accessible, and SEO-friendly.

Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with designers and developers to deliver seamless results.

Optional Full-Stack Work: Contribute to back-end development if you have the experience.

Requirements

Experience:

Minimum 5 years of professional experience building fully custom WordPress websites (not using page builders).

At least 2 years of PHP experience.

Technical skills:

Advanced knowledge of ACF, CPT, and WordPress theme/plugin development.

Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js (minimum 2 years).

Familiarity with WPML is a big plus.

Experience with GSAP and/or Laravel is a plus.

Strong attention to detail, speed, and efficiency.

Excellent English communication (written and spoken).

Able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Willing and able to relocate to Bali within 9 months (relocation support is not provided).
