Job description

Lead and oversee the Quality Control (QC) team to ensure all products, services, and processes meet company standards and regulatory requirements.

Design, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance policies, procedures, and frameworks specific to fintech operations.

Monitor and evaluate product performance, customer service quality, and operational compliance.

Conduct regular audits, risk assessments, and reviews to identify potential issues and areas for improvement.

Collaborate with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to address quality gaps and enhance customer satisfaction.

Analyze quality-related data, prepare reports, and present findings with actionable recommendations to senior management.

Train, coach, and develop QC staff to ensure high standards of performance and accountability.

Stay updated on industry trends, fintech regulations, and best practices to align QC strategies with business needs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Quality Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Minimum 5 years of working experience as a Manager in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, or a related role.

Strong background in fintech, banking, or financial services industry is highly preferred.

Excellent knowledge of quality management systems, audit processes, and regulatory compliance.

Proven leadership and people management skills with a track record of building effective teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic fintech environment.
