Responsibilities

• Supervise the quality checking process.
• Create communication between QC members, QC Head and QC Manager.
• Report the daily non-compliances and records to QC Manager.
• Analyze and handle countermeasure reports for quality issues, and follow up 8D reports.
• Create or update procedures, work instructions and OPL.
• Conduct quality training to QC and production teams, and prepare assessment reports.
• Coordinate between related departments to solve problems.
• Maintain internal and external e-mail communication.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/Polytechnic from technical background
• At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the Quality field
• Fluent in English (both oral and written)
• Technical knowledge of QC 7 tools, core tools & Injection Molding
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Measurement skills
