Job summary

A leading frozen food company located in Cikupa is seeking a Quality Control Manager to ensure compliance with quality standards in production. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture/Food Technology and have at least 3 years of experience in the frozen food industry. Responsibilities include managing quality control processes and supporting certification audits. This position requires strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in a similar position in Frozen Food Product or related industry.
• Good understanding of FSMS, HACCP, GMP, SSOP.
• Capacity to manage certification processes including Halal and BPOM.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality control of raw materials and finished products.

Job description

Overview

Ensure quality control of raw materials, finished products, and production processes according to established standards. Manage certification processes including Halal, BPOM, FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000. Support internal and external audits (Halal, BPOM, customer audits) and coordinate internal training on food safety and Halal compliance. Monitor production line conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Agriculture/Fisheries; Food Technology
• At least 3 years experience in the same position in Frozen Food Product / related industry is a must (Meat/Fish Processing)
• Good understanding on Quality Control Management, Quality Control Processing
• Understanding on FSMS, HACCP, GMP, SSOP
• Good leadership and communication skill
• Placement in Cikupa, Tangerang
