• Ownership & Accountability: Take full ownership of testing key modules and enhancements, providing both manual and automated testing expertise.
• Mentorship: Guide team members on SDLC processes and testing best practices.
• Innovative Automation: Leverage automation skills with open-source tools like Java, Selenium, and continuous integration with Jenkins.

• Design, review, and execute comprehensive test cases, both manual and automated, based on product requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed and effective test cases, ensuring robust product quality.
• Generate and document detailed product test scenarios, creating a strong foundation for testing.
• Mentor team members on best practices in testing and SDLC guidelines.
• Take ownership of critical module testing and ensure high standards in quality and performance.

What do you have?

• Educational Background: B. Tech/ M. Tech from a premier institute, preferably with a background in a technology company.
• Experience: 3-4 years in a technology firm; prior experience in PCI-DSS and processor certification is preferred.
• Core Skills: Strong hands-on experience in Java, Selenium, API, and mobile testing; knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Continuous Integration: Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration.
• Environment Adaptability: Proven capability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
