Description

• Ensure product and process quality meets internal and external standards. Conduct internal and external audits, and field inspections. Handle and verify Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs). Prepare and manage quality documentation: ITRS, RFIs, CoCs & audit reports. Analyze quality data and compile monthly KPI reports. Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Conduct internal training on quality systems and QA procedures. Contribute to QA/QC system development and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in Industrial Eng, Mechanical Eng, or related fields.
• Min Exp 3 year of experience in QA/QC in manufacturing industry.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, collaborative, and knowledgeable in API/ISO standards.
• Good communication in English.
• This position is strictly for candidates domiciled in Batam.
