A leading consumer goods company in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Marketing Communications professional to develop integrated marketing strategies, manage brand events, and enhance consumer engagement. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field and 4–5 years of experience in the FMCG industry. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is essential. Develop and execute integrated marketing communication strategies to enhance brand visibility, consumer engagement, and product awareness
Manage external communications, including advertising campaigns, public relations, digital content, and event marketing
Organize, oversee, and manage corporate and brand events, product launches, and promotional activities
Represent the company and coordinate participation in press conferences, media briefings, and public-facing events
Collaborate closely with brand, trade marketing, and sales teams to ensure aligned messaging across all platforms
Supervise the development of promotional materials including press releases, brochures, website content, and social media content
Build and maintain relationships with media, agencies, influencers, and external partners
Monitor market and industry trends to optimize communication strategies based on consumer behavior and competitor insights
Evaluate campaign performance, analyze results, and provide reports with actionable insights
Manage and optimize the MarComm budget to ensure cost-effective activities aligned with business goals
