We are currently recruiting professional candidates for Project/Site Manager positions to join and work at High Volt Technology with the following qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years of experience working in Civil Construction, Electrical, Electrical Installation, and Power Switching (GIS/AIS Substation Projects). Certification in project management is an added advantage;
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing project scope, time, cost, and quality;
- Leading a large team;
- Coordinating with other departments, relevant superiors, and project decision-makers;
- Having adequate communication skills;
- Having knowledge of Construction, Electrical Installation, and Power Switching processes;
- Solving problems related to Construction, Electrical Installation, and Power Switching processes;
- Willingness to work outside the city.
The candidates will be assigned and responsible for:
- Planning, organizing, and coordinating all construction and electrical installation project activities according to the specified timeline and plan;
- Directing the work schedule to the site manager/Supervisor/Senior Engineer to carry out work activities according to the agreed schedule;
- Guiding the team/subordinates to work more efficiently, with discipline, and in compliance with company regulations and policies;
- Monitoring and evaluating the use of materials and tools;
- Procuring and evaluating equipment maintenance;
- Leading coordination meetings with users, suppliers, subcontractors, and/or planning consultants;
- Reviewing reports related to field work progress;
- Monitoring field work progress through work/progress reports, analyzing them, and providing direction on necessary improvements to improve both quantity and quality;
- Providing reports to the Chief Project/Technical Operations Officer regarding work progress;
- Fostering collaboration with users, subcontractors, planning consultants, and related suppliers;
- Developing the capabilities of subordinate human resources to achieve optimal technical competency by providing training, guidance, and direction;
- Carrying out other duties assigned by the Director/project/engineer manager;
- Prioritizing and implementing the principles of Occupational Safety, Health, and the Environment within the Company.
