Job summary

A leading flexible living platform is seeking a Project Manager for its operations in Bali, Indonesia. The role involves overseeing the onboarding of quality properties, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects meet deadlines and budgets. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering, at least 5 years of experience in project management, and strong communication and analytical skills. This full-time position requires a proactive approach and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in Project Management role.
• Knowledge of low-rise/middle-rise building operational workflow & Building system (structural & MEP).
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Ensure properties are onboarded and ready by the agreed timeline.
• Lead onboarding projects involving cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Visit and assess shortlisted properties from a technical and operational point of view.
• Manage and prepare onboarding timelines and capital expenditure budgets.
• Prepare detailed condition reports for new properties.
• Supervise utilities/services installation during property onboarding.

Job Title: Project Manager

Reports To: Head of Projects and Design

Job Type: Full time

Location: Bali, Indonesia

Role Purpose:

• To ensure Cove onboards quality properties and have the properties ready by the agreed timeline and capex budgets.
• To lead onboarding project that involves cross-function team internally and owner vendor / contractor

What you'll be doing :

• Visit shortlisted properties and analyze and do assessment of the properties from a building technical quality (infrastructure and MEP) and operations point of view
• Prepare and manage all onboarding timeline
• Review and calculate the budget of capital expenditure during the property acquisition process
• Prepare properties for onboarding by liaising with Cove cross-function team and property owners to ensure all works and preparatory tasks have been fulfilled
• Lead & manage a cross-functional team involved in the preparation of the properties to make sure the deadlines are met
• Prepare and review detailed condition reports for each new property, to ensure we capture in full the state in which the property was handed over by the landlord
• Onboard new Cove properties (including arranging and supervising utilities/services installation, and preparing standardized household items)
• Ad-Hoc Ops supporting works in solving Building Technical problems if Onboarding properties is in slower pace/not occurred
