About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at PT DWIMITRA EKATAMA MANDIRI. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects. This is a casual position based in Jakarta.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Coordinate and oversee the work of cross-functional teams, including contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, including clients, project sponsors, and team members
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and safety protocols
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve project management processes and efficiencies

Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) in project management, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and team members
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Familiarity with construction regulations, safety standards, and quality assurance practices
• Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
