Project Administrator – Project Development & Services (PDS)

Support the PDS Director with scheduling, meeting coordination, follow‑ups, and preparation of reports or presentation decks.

Manage project finance administration, including invoice collection, claims processing, purchase orders and tracking of project spending and documentation.

Coordinate procurement‑related tasks such as vendor documentation, PO follow‑up, and supplier communication.

Maintain project records, dashboards, and tools (e.g., Salesforce, trackers, shared folders) to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely submission of documents, payments, and project deliverables.

Assist with workplace operations and cross‑functional coordination, including event logistics, employee support, and occasionally stepping in for light front‑of‑house duties when required to ensure seamless office service standards.

About You:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration or other related fields.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in administration, finance operations, or project coordination.

Strong analytical and numerical skills; comfortable working with invoices, financial trackers, and documentation.

Highly organized, detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.

Strong communication skills both in Indonesian & English and professional maturity to support both project teams and senior leadership.
