A digital-first House of Brands is seeking a Program Manager in Jakarta Selatan, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will lead program management, develop market strategies, and interact with stakeholders in the Beauty and Personal Care space. Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in D2C companies, a tier-1 college degree, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa.

Qualifications

  • 3-4 years of experience in a growing start-up or D2C company.
  • Prior experience in setting up or scaling a brand is preferable.
  • Experience in the Beauty and Personal Care space is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Create and lead the project plan for local entity incorporation.
  • Provide insights on recent trends in Indonesia’s Beauty market.
  • Co-create Go-to-market strategy with the management team.

Job Title: Program Manager, Indonesia

Role and responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  1. Program management
    • Create and lead the overall project plan for local entity incorporation and BPOMregistration
    • Work closely with external consultant, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure allcompliances are met for BPOM, Halal & any other required registration
    • Highlight risks to management team in India along with mitigation actions
  2. Strategy for Go-to-Market
    • Provide insights to the management team on recent trends in Indonesia’s Beauty and
    • Co-create Go-to-market strategy with management team in India i.e., identify rightproduct categories, pricing, channels etc.
    • Lead discussions with e-commerce platforms for listing products on their platforms
    • Identify and onboard local vendors and partners to ensure smooth functioning oflogistics and supply chain
    • Identify and onboard local marketing agencies and digital agencies to drive online sales
    • Set up process for returns, customer complaints and queries
Minimum qualifications / Must have’s
  • Undergraduate degree from a tier-1 college.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a growing start-up/ D2C (Direct-to-Consumer) company / E-commerce platform in Indonesia
  • Prior experience in setting up or scaling up a brand is preferable, but not necessary
  • Experience in Beauty and Personal Care space is preferable, but not necessary
  • Proficient in communication – English and Bahasa
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management
  • Hunger to learn and innovate
  • Self- starter and driven to deliver results even in the face of ambiguity
