A leading technology company located in Indonesia is seeking a Production Supervisor with at least 5 years of experience in relevant industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with proficiency in Ms. Office and ERP systems. The role involves monitoring daily operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring quality control. Certifications in PMP or Six Sigma are preferred. The successful candidate will be placed in Cikarang, West Java.
Bachelor Degree in Engineering or any related field.
At least 5 years experiences as Production Supervisor, preferably in Consumable, Electronics or Automotive industries.
Excellent leadership with analytical and problem solving skill.
Strong communication and interpersonal skill.
Able to work under pressure and meet production targets.
Proficient in Ms. Office, operating software (SAP/MRS), and ERP systems.
Experience in implementing ISO 9001/14001 standards.
Certifications in PMP, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are preferred.
Fluent in English is a Must (Mandarin will be plus point).
Willing to be placed at Cikarang, West Java.
Monitor daily operations to achieve output, quality, and delivery targets.
Optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operating costs.
Implement quality control measures to ensure that products meet customer and industry standards.
Manage, train, and evaluate production line employees to improve team performance and skills.
Develop production scheduling plans and allocate resources reasonably to ensure production capacity.
Strictly implement safety regulations to ensure that the production environment meets occupational health and safety standards (such as OSHA Indonesia).
Maintain normal operation of equipment, coordinate regular maintenance and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to align material supply with production needs.
Analyze production data (such as OEE, yield rate, downtime), prepare daily/weekly reports and report to management.
Promote continuous improvement projects (such as lean production, 5S), develop improvement plans, and track implementation results.
