Job summary

A leading provider of self-adhesive labels in Indonesia is seeking a production manager with a Bachelor's degree in Technical graphic, Engineering, or Operations Management. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in the manufacturing or packaging industry. Responsibilities include developing production plans, managing staff, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in manufacturing.
• Experience in the printing/packaging industry is a strong advantage.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules.
• Manage production staff, including scheduling and training.
• Monitor production data and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments like procurement and quality control.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Prepare and present production reports to management.
