Responsibilities

• Lead and manage production activities, ensuring adherence to targets and deadlines.
• Plan production, monitor processes, and drive efficiency improvements (OEE, downtime reduction, and cost savings).
• Coordinate with PPIC, QA, Maintenance, and Warehouse; supervise operators/technicians.
• Maintain familiarity with production monitoring systems and basic machine troubleshooting.
• Adhere to quality standards (ISO 9001, etc.) and promote continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
