Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure every process is scanned to confirm component requirements.
• Input data programs for various processes.
• Check quantity balance in SAP and MES systems.
• Track entry and exit of components in production.
• Push production if daily scanning targets are low.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure that every process is scanned to confirm the requirements of each component until the finished product is complete.
• Input data programs starting from HC (cutting components), HU (finished upper components), HS (outsole or bottom), FG (finished shoes).
• Check the balance between the quantity entered into the SAP and MES systems and the actual quantity on the ground.
• Track the entry and exit of each component in the production process, starting from cutting, sewing, stock fitting, and assembling.
• Familiar with the MES Scanning system is a plus.
• Push production if the daily scanning target is below target, starting from scanning checks in cutting, sewing, stock fitting, and assembling.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, experience is preferred.
• Proficient in data administration (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, Count, IF etc.) is a point plus.
• Excellent English language skills are preferred.
• Proficient in calculations/mathematics.
