The position is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen the brand position in the ceramic tableware industry. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands‑on execution to align sales and marketing efforts with overall business goals. This position covers B2B and B2C sales, digital and traditional marketing, customer relationship management, and strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Execution
    • Develop and implement data‑driven sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
    • Identify market opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
    • Analyze sales trends and set realistic but ambitious KPIs.
    • Build a strong sales pipeline and oversee lead‑conversion strategies.
    • Maintain strong relationships with distributors and sales channels.
  • Marketing & Brand Development
    • Analyze customer insights, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
    • Monitor competitors and market trends to adjust sales strategies.
    • Oversee digital, offline, social media, and traditional marketing campaigns.
    • Work with creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.
    • Utilize SEO, PPC, email marketing, and other digital tools to generate leads.
  • Financial & Performance Management
    • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets effectively.
    • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and sales performance using key metrics.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration
    • Coordinate effectively with all company stakeholders.
    • Work with product, operations, and finance teams to align strategies.
    • Provide regular market updates and business development reports to executives.
    • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve optimal performance.
    • Recruit new team members, including defining job criteria and selection.
    • Support team capability building through training, mentoring, and coaching.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written).
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in executing B2B and B2C sales strategies, including engagement with younger audiences.
  • Experienced in digital marketing and brand development.
  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and customer experience optimization.
