We are looking for a Product Manager to support the continuous innovation of our Lead Logistics systems. You’ll work alongside experienced product leaders, gain hands-on experience, and help shape the future of how goods move around the world.
Responsibilities
- Market & User Research: Support conducting market analysis and competitor benchmarking; synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
- Product Development Support: Define product requirements and user stories based on customer and stakeholder input; manage the product roadmap and ensure timely updates; prioritize features and bug fixes based on impact and urgency; collaborate with Digital/Data/IT teams during development sprints to align with product goals; participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups.
- Documentation & Communication: Maintain product documentation including feature specs, release notes, and user guides; communicate updates and progress to internal teams and stakeholders; prepare presentations and reports for product reviews and team meetings; conduct product demos.
- Customer Engagement: Join customer meetings to understand supply chain challenges; translate customer needs into clear, actionable product features; assist in preparing and presenting product proposals.
- Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with cross-functional teams across product, IT, commercial, and operations; learn best practices in project management, stakeholder engagement, and solution design; support senior team members in tracking project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Experience
- Proven experience within the logistics or supply chain technology sector with a clear understanding of logistics processes.
- Interest in PO Management, origin cargo processes, and/or destination management workflows.
- Understanding of basic product management processes and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
