Responsibilities
- Create detailed business cases to support product sales
- Ensure that all SKU, pricing, and price lists are completed and maintained as needed (both Traditional and Cloud Marketplace)
- Have a clear understanding of the product / licensing rules with training provided as needed for the team and/or partners
- Assure margins to achieve budget but also be competitive in market
- Track exchange rate changes (if needed) and competitive pricing to make monthly price changes and maintain profitability
- Generate all pricing files needed by team and/or our customers, including promotions / promotional pricing
- Automate price list / pricing processes and/or file improvements with ongoing reviews for future improvement
- Own the renewals process to ensure that we achieve both Vendor and internal targets
- Accurate forecasting and reporting of incentives (co-op and/or rebate) to IM Finance / manager / vendor within 2 days of request
- Proactive updates to team and resellers re new launches / uploads and/or changes made
- Own and share Vendor rebate entitlements to ensure maximum earnings for Ingram Micro
- Track and achieve Vendor rebate targets set by Vendor and Ingram Micro
- Update and/or report creation as required by Ingram Micro
- Gather market intelligence on new products, industry trends, competitive development, and constant evaluation of potential new product lines
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business / Marketing / IT or an equivalent discipline
- Sound knowledge / passion in IT industry / products / solutions preferred
- Knowledge and / or experience with Cyber Security products will be preferred
- Fair understanding of end customer adoption of technology and solutions
- Strong administration skills
- Passion to work in the technology industry
- Creative with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong team player and customer oriented
- Able to work independently
- Ability to present and articulate well
