A prominent food company in Indonesia seeks a Marketing Manager to oversee brand growth and campaign execution. The role requires a degree in Business or Marketing and at least 8 years of relevant experience, ideally within the FMCG sector. Candidates should demonstrate strong analytical skills in market trends and have a successful track record managing marketing campaigns, particularly for new product launches. This position also involves leading junior team members to ensure effective brand management.
Coordinate with Regional Marketing to ensure local execution is aligned with regional/global brand strategy, toolkits, and campaigns.
Develop long-term brand plans to drive brand growth.
Design and execute marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital, PR).
Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for new product development and portfolio expansion.
Track brand performance (sales, market share, profitability) and recommend corrective actions when needed.
Lead and develop junior team members (Brand Executive/Assistant Brand Manager, if applicable).
Degree holder in Business, Marketing or related disciplines from recognized universities. MBA is an added advantage.
At least 8 years of working experience in the same or relevant capacity, preferably from FMCG industry and managed sauce and condiment category is an advantage.
Has good relationship with advertising and creative agencies, led in major campaign for New Product Launches and ATL brand awareness before.
Experience in Ecommerce Marketing is an advantage.
