Job description
Overview

INDICO is Telkomsel's subsidiary focusing on creating values in developing Indonesia's digital ecosystem. As a digital ecosystem enabler, INDICO plays a strategic role both as a platform company and a holding company. As a platform company, INDICO strives to create non-telecom value by enhancing user experience of Telkomsel and INDICO Group services. Currently, INDICO is building three business platforms through a B2B2C model: INDICO Commerce (digital product transaction solution), INDICO Engage (marketing solution), and INDICO DataHub (data solution). As a holding company, INDICO nurtures vertical businesses across sectors: Fita (health tech), Kuncie (edtech), Majamojo (game publishing), and Digital Food Ecosystem (agritech). By harnessing telecom''s commercial and technological assets, INDICO aspires to create a new economy, empowering Indonesians and enabling businesses across sectors to advance Indonesia''s digital economy. INDICO believes we can reach beyond to empower Indonesians and enable businesses through our strong core values of EPIC WAY (Excellence, Positivity, Impactful Collaboration, Customer First, Walk the Talk, Accountability, Yes-if Mindset).

Responsibilities
  • Drive day-to-day operations for Digital Goods Commerce (DGC) products, ensuring smooth transaction flows, accurate configuration, and fast resolution of issues. This role will work closely with product managers, developers, and suppliers — perfect for someone passionate about e-commerce operations and API-driven products.
  • Configure products (SKU setup, supplier mapping, pricing updates) according to business requirements.
  • Support supplier and client onboarding by helping configure integration parameters (API keys, endpoints, callbacks, test transactions).
  • Perform daily product health checks (stock, pricing, transaction success rate, API response).
  • Act as first-line support for transaction or API issues: run initial investigation, validate logs, and escalate to tech/supplier teams when needed.
  • Support finance reconciliation by validating transaction data and supplier invoices.
  • Suggest process improvements, automation opportunities, or alert mechanisms to prevent incidents.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation and knowledge of product (e.g., manual guide, product handbook).
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure API flows (inquiry, order, fulfillment, callback) are running smoothly.
Requirements
  • Bachelor''s degree (S1) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 0-2 years of experience in product operations, e-commerce operations, or digital services (fresh graduates are welcome).
  • Good understanding of API flow concepts: request/response, status codes, basic troubleshooting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision.
Nice-to-Have
  • Experience using API testing tools (Postman, Swagger).
  • Familiar with transaction monitoring tools or dashboards (Superset, Looker, Grafana).
  • Prior experience in digital goods, or high-volume transactional environment.
