Job description
Procurement Specialist - Property and Facility Management

Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Procurement Manager to manage low value and low complex procurement projects
  • Engage and work with multiple stakeholders in Indonesia to ascertain business needs and identifying risks and issues
  • Lead in procurement and contract negotiations
  • Contract award including managing the Docusign process and storing contracts on our Contract Database
  • Supporting the Procurement Manager deliver medium to high value and complex procurements
  • Working on contract management approaches for projects and assess supplier performance commercially
  • Developing category plans and identifying risks, issues and opportunities to generate improvements in the business operations
  • Supporting the completion of Non-Trade Procurement reporting
  • Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory and security requirements e.g. Cyber Security.
  • Experience handling procurement for Property and Facility Management

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years procurement experience
  • Experience of working in teams and also able to follow end to end procurement process and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and good numeracy skills
  • Pro- active, self-motivated, well-organized, efficient and ability to work under pressure.
  • Achievement and goal oriented with good organization skills, ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously
  • Strong computer literacy skills with excellent MS Office skills
  • English in excellent proficiency
