Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Jakarta Utara seeks a Procurement Project Officer responsible for overseeing procurement activities related to materials and goods. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of project procurement experience, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing sector. Strong negotiation and communication skills are essential, along with a relevant bachelor's degree. This is a full-time position with key responsibilities including managing supplier relationships and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years’ experience in project procurement, preferably in engineering/manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of tendering and technical evaluation.
  • Experience with CAPEX or industrial construction projects is a plus.

  • Drive end-to-end tender processes including RFQ and contract negotiation.
  • Ensure procurement activities align with project scope and budget.
  • Collaborate with project engineers to validate technical specifications.
  • Prepare documentation in compliance with audit/internal controls.

About the role

As a Procurement Project Officer, you will play a key role in the company's manufacturing and logistics operations. This full‑time position is based in South Jakarta and involves overseeing the procurement of materials, goods, and services to ensure the smooth running of the business.

  • Ensure procurement activities align with project scope, budget, and timelines

What we're looking for
  • 2‑3 years’ experience in project procurement (preferably engineering/manufacturing sector)
