Job description

Role & Responsibilities

1. Manage the PO (Purchase Order) process, Ensure the procurement process adheres to established procedures, and monitor the status of shipments.
2. Conduct comprehensive analysis of commodities requirements, including volume, specifications, and delivery timelines, Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the needs are met.
3. Ensure received commodities meet specified quality standards, take corrective actions for quality discrepancies, Conduct frequent checks on incoming material sampling to verify quality and compliance.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
5. Prepare regular reports on procurement activities.

Requirements

1. Minimum of bachelor degree of related major from reputable university.
2. Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement.
3. Strong analytical and Excel skills, experience in using procurement system is a plus.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
5. Willing to be placed in Bandung.
