Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the PO (Purchase Order) process, Ensure the procurement process adheres to established procedures, and monitor the status of shipments.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of commodities requirements, including volume, specifications, and delivery timelines, Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the needs are met.
- Ensure received commodities meet specified quality standards, take corrective actions for quality discrepancies, Conduct frequent checks on incoming material sampling to verify quality and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and regularly evaluate supplier performance.
- Prepare regular reports on procurement activities.
Requirements
- Minimum of bachelor degree of related major from reputable university.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in procurement.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, experience in using procurement system is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willing to be placed in Bandung.
