Job description

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement activities (vendor sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and purchasing).
• Ensure compliance with internal SOP, PTK-007, TKDN, and industry standards.
• Develop vendor management strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate closely with Operations, Finance, and Project Teams to support critical field requirements.
• Manage tender documentation, purchase planning, and procurement reporting.
• Continuously improve procurement processes and cost efficiency across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, or related fields.
• Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience in Energy Services / Oil & Gas.
• Strong understanding of PTK-007, TKDN, import regulations, and vendor selection processes.
• Proven negotiation, contract management, and supplier‑relations skills.
• High integrity, analytical mindset, and ability to work under tight timelines.
• Preferably domiciled in Bekasi or surrounding areas.
• Industry experience: Energy Services / Oil & Gas.
