Your Role : Monitor and optimize the company's operational processes and systems. This role includes analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and productivity.
Primary Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions:
- Supportdaytodayoperationsintheproductionenvironmentandworkwithotherstafftoidentify,select,prioritizeandexecuteprocessimprovementprojects.
- Providegeneraltroubleshooting,engineering,maintenance,equipmentanddailyprocessassistancetoourmanufacturingline.
- Continuallyimprove&optimizecurrentproductsthroughvariationreduction.
- Investigatingmanufacturingproblemsandconsultingwithproductionteams,analyzingthesupportingdata,recommendingcorrectiveactions,andfollowingthroughonrecommendationstoevaluatetheireffectiveness.
- Useleansixsigmatoeliminatewaste,improvematerialflow,andstreamlineprocesses.
- Assistingandimprovingthecontrols,equipment,andmaintenancepracticesusedtoruntheoperations.
- Leadcapitalprojectsrelatedtoequipmentinstallations,modifications,orupgrades.
- Supportnewproductdevelopmentandproductdesignwithintechnicalteams
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor'sdegreeinEngineering,OperationsManagement,orrelatedfield
- Minimumof4-5yearsofexperienceinoperationsengineeringorasimilarrole
- Stronganalyticalandproblem-solvingskills
- Experienceinarelatedindustry(e.g.,manufacturing,logistics,software)
- AdvanceddegreeinEngineering,OperationsManagement,orarelatedfield
- Familiaritywithstatisticalanalysistoolsandmethods
- Experiencewithautomationtechnologies
- Abilitytoworkindependentlyandaspartofateam
- Strongmulti-tasking,problemsolving,decisionanalysis,situationappraisalskills.
- Excellentverbalandwrittencommunicationskillsaswellasabilitytoconnectandinfluenceatalllevelsoftheplant.
- Mechanicalcompetencywithcontrols,instrumentation,PLC(ProgrammableLogicControls)knowledge
