Job description
Responsibilities
  • Perform Process simulations, prepare Process/Utility Flow Diagrams, Heat & Material Balance, Utility Balances
  • Create Piping & Instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs)
  • Develop Process equipment datasheets & instrument datasheets
  • Conduct relief & blowdown studies, analyze relief load scenarios & calculate flare network requirements
  • Perform process calculations for equipment sizing, line hydraulics & others
  • Create Process design philosophies & operating guides
  • Collaborate on Concept Studies, Feasibility reports, Front- End Engineering Design (FEED) & detailed design projects
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of related experience, with average experience of 15 years in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Strong background with LNG terminals projects
  • Leadership experience in managing process teams for Hydrocarbon projects
  • In-depth understanding of process design, heat and material balance, and P&IDs
  • Lead Engineer experience preferred
  • Familiarity with international codes and standards, software and tools
