Responsibilities
- Develop solutions and organize, plan, create & deliver compelling proof-of-concept demonstrations.
- Identify solutions stated in the Statement of Work that are best practice and align with client requirements.
- Maintain and manage the sales bid process by responding to RFIs & RFPs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare compelling proposals, including pricing, timelines, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Liaise with Presales, Solution Architect and other internal parties to provide client feedback on product requirements.
- Provide justification requests for any customer leads referring to our existing infrastructure and technology.
- Analyze and improve existing infrastructure and technology to gather sales leads (reference data from trouble tickets, revenue base, and sales target area), including help to achieve designated cost‑saving targets.
- Support compliance legality of customer orders (PKS or term sheet).
- Provide training and knowledge transfer sessions to the sales team, enabling them to articulate the value proposition of the company's solutions to clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a presales, sales engineering, or technical consulting role, preferably in the enterprise software or IT services industry.
- Strong understanding of the company's products, solutions, and technologies.
- Proficiency in relevant network technology, software applications, and IT infrastructure.
- Effective project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, and effective presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements, identify challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborative mindset with a focus on teamwork and relationship building.
