About the role

We are seeking an experienced Pharmacy Executive to join our dynamic team at Siloam Hospitals Group (Tbk). In this full‑time role, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the pharmacy operations and strategic direction of our healthcare facilities located in Karawaci - Banten.

What you'll be doing

• Providing strategic leadership and management oversight for the pharmacy department across our hospital network
• Developing and implementing policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure efficient and compliant pharmacy operations
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, drive cost savings, and enhance patient care
• Monitoring and analyzing pharmacy performance metrics to make data‑driven decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Overseeing the recruitment, training, and development of the pharmacy team to ensure high‑quality service delivery
• Fostering a positive and patient‑centric culture within the pharmacy department
