Qualifications
- Minimum education D3 and above.
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant preferred.
- Certification in secretarial work or office administration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Manage correspondence on behalf of senior management.
- Prepare schedules and maintain an events calendar.
- Participate as a translator during meetings.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties
- Liaising with internal departments, answering calls, and making travel arrangements
- Managing internal and external correspondence on behalf of senior management
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders
- Preparing facilities of scheduled events and arranging refreshments, if required
- Participate in all activities that require a translator
- Responsible as a translator during meetings
- Other ad-hoc duties arrange by supervisor
Qualifications
- Minimum Education D3 and above
- Fluent in Mandarin, English & Bahasa
- Certification in secretarial work, office administration, or related training
- 1-2 years of experience as a personal assistant would be advantageous
- Extensive experience in creating documents and spreadsheets, using office software such as MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Advanced typing, note-taking, recordkeeping, and organizational skills
- Strong professional skills in oral and text translation
- Candidates shall be self-motivated, professional work ethics and attitude
- Working experience in a company is preferred
- Willing to travel outside Jakarta
