Job description

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with a proven track record running conversion campaigns and driving business growth through paid ads that achieve targeted ROAS, CAC & CPL. Experience managing ads budget worth billions per marketing campaign annually.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1), with at least 5 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager handling multiple campaigns with tens of million budget per campaign/month.

Experience in a digital performance agency is a strong plus.

Deep understanding of paid ads conversion tracking, including Meta Pixel/Datasets, UTM, and Google Tag Manager.

Proficient in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Analytics, etc., to analyze campaign performance.

Basic knowledge of SEO (On-Page Optimization).

Skilled in SMM, SEM, and data-centric analysis (advanced in Excel) to optimize ads, measure KPIs, reduce CPP/CAC/CPR, and maximize ROI/ROAS.

Placement will be at Gratyo Headquarters – Mall of Indonesia Office Complex, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop Performance Marketing Strategies focused on conversion (not just traffic, engagement & awareness) across platforms such as Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, etc., to generate high-quality leads and potential customers.
  2. Manage Advertising & Promotion (A&P) budgets worth billions per marketing campaign annually, aiming for efficient and effective acquisition cost.
  3. Create, manage, and execute digital marketing paid ad strategies including Meta Ads, Instagram Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads — from trend research, advertising strategy, budgeting, sales monitoring, to tracking and reporting.
  4. Coordinate with and monitor digital agencies to ensure performance conversion strategies are executed well, tracking KPIs like CPP/CPR/CAC and campaign ROI/ROAS.
  5. Lead, manage, nurture digital performance marketing team in order to give excellent execution.
  6. Analyze data from analytics tools to continuously improve lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
  7. Collaborate cross-divisionally with Marketing & Branding, Business Development, and Sales teams to ensure digital marketing strategies are cohesive and impactful.
