About the Role

We are seeking a well-connected and service-driven professional to launch and lead our Patient Engagement Programme in Indonesia for IHH Healthcare Singapore. This role focuses on building strong relationships with high-net-worth (HNW) patients and delivering exceptional concierge-level services to enhance their healthcare experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute a patient engagement strategy that goes beyond healthcare—curating lifestyle experiences and meaningful touchpoints for our most valued patients.
• Maintain and grow a database of patients through personalized communication and relationship management.
• Develop strategies for regular touchpoints and exclusive experiences to drive loyalty.
• Create a premium concierge service for VIP patients traveling to Singapore for treatment, managing every detail to ensure seamless arrangements.

Partnerships & Networking

• Leverage existing connections within HNW circles to expand reach and engagement.
• Collaborate with luxury brands, hospitality partners, and lifestyle service providers to enhance the VIP experience.
