About the Role

We are seeking a driven and self‑motivated Mid‑Level Project Management Officer (PMO) to join our dynamic PAC team, working on diverse projects that bridge HR and IT. As an individual contributor or a small team member, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and driving HR‑related initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization. This role requires a proactive mindset, exceptional organizational and communication skills, and the ability to take ownership of multiple projects while aligning with broader organizational goals.

What You Will Do
Project Management & Delivery
  • Lead or support the planning, coordination, and execution of HR‑related projects, with a particular focus on IT systems integration, HR tools, and process improvements.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones; ensure timely and efficient delivery of initiatives.
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, proposing solutions to ensure minimal impact on project timelines.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
  • Engage with key stakeholders from HR, IT, and other business units to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross‑functional teams to foster collaboration and support.
  • Provide regular project status updates to leadership, managing expectations and ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Planning & Analytical Support
  • Collaborate with HR leadership to define project scope, objectives, and KPIs, ensuring alignment with the strategic goals of the HR team.
  • Conduct data analysis, process mapping, and workflow assessments to provide actionable insights that drive project decisions.
  • Use Lark Base and other project management tools to maintain project tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Process Improvement & Initiative Ownership
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in HR processes and systems, recommending initiatives that improve efficiency and employee experience.
  • Take the initiative to anticipate challenges and proactively address issues or bottlenecks that may hinder project progress.
  • Support the HR team in the evaluation, adoption, and implementation of new technologies or HR solutions.
What You Will Need
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in project management, ideally within HR, IT, or a cross‑functional environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, from team members to senior leadership.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present project updates clearly and concisely to non‑technical and technical audiences.
  • Initiative & Self‑Motivation: Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate ownership of projects, and anticipate needs without constant supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong planning and organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple projects concurrently while meeting deadlines.
Desirable
  • Knowledge of Workday, Lark, GWS.
  • Familiarity with IT systems and project delivery methods within HR (e.g., HRIS integrations, employee data privacy, cloud‑based solutions).
  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, ScrumMaster, or similar) is a plus.
