A notable HR services company in Jakarta Selatan is looking for an experienced HR Manager to manage and develop performance and talent management activities. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Management, or Industrial Engineering, alongside 3–5 years of relevant experience and knowledge in performance management systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and the ability to make firm decisions.
