• Support the development and updating of organizational structures based on business needs.
• Assist in defining roles and responsibilities and reviewing job descriptions.
• Manage and document organizational change proposals through the approval process.
• Support the preparation of competency framework drafts, career path development, and Organization Development SOPs.
• Assist in the administrative process of employee promotion submissions and ensure document completeness.
