Job description

Strategic & Financial Management

1. Oversee the full scope of Distribution Center (DC) operations with a focus on strategic planning and cost efficiency.
2. Manage and be accountable for the operations team’s budget and Profit & Loss (P&L) performance.
3. Drive initiatives for operational improvements and propose competitive value-added services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
4. Monitor and ensure achievement of operational KPIs and financial targets.

Operational Excellence

1. Lead the planning and execution of warehouse operations, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company objectives.
2. Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance process efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
3. Ensure all operational activities are conducted in full compliance with company policies, customs regulations, and lawful standards.
4. Oversee project implementation and execution, ensuring timely delivery and profitability.

Regulatory & PLB Compliance

1. Ensure full compliance with PLB warehouse regulations, including customs procedures for bonded goods, export-import documentation, and inventory control.
2. Maintain accurate records and reporting in accordance with PLB requirements and liaise with relevant authorities as needed.

Stakeholder & Team Management

1. Collaborate proactively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
2. Lead, motivate, and develop the operations team to achieve high performance and continuous growth.
3. Promote a culture of safety, quality, and accountability across all levels of the warehouse team.
