We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant Manager to support and oversee daily operations, manage the store and operational team, monitor inventory, and assist with recruitment activities. This role requires strong coordination skills and hands‑on leadership. Candidates who can speak Chinese will be prioritized.
Assist in managing daily store and operational activities
Ensure operational SOPs and service standards are properly implemented
Coordinate with management to improve operational efficiency
Handle operational issues and provide timely solutions
Support supervision and coordination of operational staff
Assist in scheduling, task allocation, and performance monitoring
Help maintain discipline, teamwork, and work productivity
Provide guidance and support to team members when needed
Monitor inventory levels, stock movement, and warehouse coordination
Ensure accurate stock records and proper handling of goods
Assist in stock audits and discrepancy checks
Coordinate receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods
Support recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interviews
Assist onboarding and training for new employees
Help ensure sufficient manpower for operations
Prepare and submit operational, inventory, and manpower reports
Ensure documentation and administrative records are well maintained
Act as a liaison between management and operational teams
Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, retail, or supervisory roles
Experience in store operations or inventory management is preferred
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Able to multitask and work under pressure
Familiar with basic reporting and operational documentation
Experience in recruitment support is an advantage
Able to communicate in Chinese is preferred
