Requirements
- Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a management or supervisory role
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills with a team-oriented mindset
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Familiarity with POS systems and F&B service standards
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in both appearance and attitude
- Experience pre - Opening is plus
Key Responsibilities – Operational Manager
- Oversee and manage daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service
- Ensure consistent high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
- Lead, supervise, and support FOH & BOH teams across all departments
- Handle recruitment, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate effectively between kitchen, bar, and service teams for seamless workflows
- Drive guest satisfaction by handling escalated customer feedback with professionalism
- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Support business growth through continuous improvement and operational innovation
Key Responsibilities – Facility Manager
- Oversee and manage daily operations of the padel club, ensuring smooth facility performance
- Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across all areas (courts, club lounge, F&B, restrooms, etc.)
- Lead, supervise, and support staff teams including front desk, operations, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Monitor financial performance including budgets, membership targets, cost control, and operational KPIs
- Coordinate effectively with sports coaches, events team, F&B outlets, and external vendors for seamless workflows
- Ensure member and guest satisfaction by addressing escalated feedback promptly and professionally
- Implement and enforce company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards across the club
- Support business growth through facility improvements, events, partnerships, and operational innovations
