Requirements
  • Minimum 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a management or supervisory role
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Familiarity with POS systems and F&B service standards
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Well-groomed, punctual, and professional in both appearance and attitude
  • Experience pre - Opening is plus
Key Responsibilities – Operational Manager
  • Oversee and manage daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure smooth service
  • Ensure consistent high standards of service, cleanliness, and operational efficiency
  • Lead, supervise, and support FOH & BOH teams across all departments
  • Handle recruitment, staffing, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
  • Monitor financial performance including budgets, cost control, and operational KPIs
  • Coordinate effectively between kitchen, bar, and service teams for seamless workflows
  • Drive guest satisfaction by handling escalated customer feedback with professionalism
  • Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
  • Support business growth through continuous improvement and operational innovation
Key Responsibilities – Facility Manager
  • Oversee and manage daily operations of the padel club, ensuring smooth facility performance
  • Maintain high standards of service, cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency across all areas (courts, club lounge, F&B, restrooms, etc.)
  • Lead, supervise, and support staff teams including front desk, operations, housekeeping, and maintenance
  • Monitor financial performance including budgets, membership targets, cost control, and operational KPIs
  • Coordinate effectively with sports coaches, events team, F&B outlets, and external vendors for seamless workflows
  • Ensure member and guest satisfaction by addressing escalated feedback promptly and professionally
  • Implement and enforce company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards across the club
  • Support business growth through facility improvements, events, partnerships, and operational innovations
