A leading company is seeking an Officer-B2B for Transportation & Logistic Solutions in Jakarta. This role involves providing ICT solutions and designs for enterprise customers, requiring a university degree in relevant fields and experience in ICT solutions. Qualifications

• Min 3 years’ experience as Solution Architect/PreSales/ICT Product.
• Preferably certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
• Able to work under initiative and judgment.

Responsibilities

• Provide ICT Solution and Design for enterprise customers.
• Assist sales team to assess customers’ technical requirements.
• Ensure technical solution & design is valid and implementable.

Description:

Provide ICT Solution and Design of Indosat’s service for enterprise customer as follow:

• Solution architect for ICT infra, Network, and IoT solution.
• Assist sales team to assess the customers’ technical requirement.
• Create the technical solution design and cost analysis as a reference for sales offering and implementation process
• Ensure that the technical solution & design is valid and implementable.

Requirements

Qualification:

• University graduate majoring in Information Engineering/Computer Science/Information System, Electrical Engineering (arus lemah), Telecommunication, or other related major with min strong 3 years’ experience in as Solution Architect/PreSales/ICT Product/ICT Operation in ICT Solution Provider/System Integrator/ICT Principal companies.
• Preferably when certified in ICT Infrastructure, Network, or ICT Security.
• Having experience in handling projects in state owned energy companies is a plus.
• Able to work under limited direction and use initiative and judgment
• Flexible and adaptable in under pressure situations and meet short and longterm deadlines
• Good in analytical and planning skill to translate customer requirement into matching product & solution

Skill & Competence

• Able to design both ICT Infra (server, storage, firewall, network) and Telco (Connectivity, Internet, M2M)
• Expertise in Cloud/IoT/Application is a plus.
• Able to run and manage the project in term of enterprise service

Business Acumen

• Understand and know the Market Segment of Enterprise Service
• Understand the concept of basic business calculations

Communication Skill

• Has a good communication skill in Bahasa and English
• Has a good presentation skill
• Fluent in English, having sound verbal and written communication, strong negotiation presentation and report writing skills
