Overview

Monitoring and ensuring the readiness and availability of the network environment in the building. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors and a team of engineers, configuring network hardware, troubleshooting, ensuring security, and optimizing performance to meet business needs.

Responsibilities

• Participate in infrastructure projects, including planning, execution, and post-implementation review.
• Coordinate the relationship between clients, subcontractors, and building owners to ensure work aligns with owner expectations.
• Configure and install devices and services (e.g., servers, routers, switches, firewall, load balancers, VPN, access points).
• Support Backbone network activities, such as integration and migration, expanding link bundles, and adjusting OSPF cost values among others.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication/Network), Computer Science/Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructure Engineering.
• Strong understanding of networking infrastructure, hardware, and protocols (routers, switches, and related protocols).
• Ability to analyze technical problems, draw conclusions, and provide recommendations/solutions.
• Must have experience and knowledge in a structured cabling system.
• Good communication in English is a must.
• Ready to work in West Java (assigned area).
