Job description

Reporting to : Network Development Manager

I. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and update dealer database to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Manage contract database and monitor contract timelines (start, end, renewals).
• Organize and archive documents (softcopy and hardcopy) securely.
• Prepare outlet performance reports (sales, traffic, productivity, coverage).
• Conduct trend and comparative analysis (MoM, QoQ, YoY).
• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards (daily, weekly, monthly).
• Translate data into business insights and create compelling visual presentations.
• Deliver clear, visual, and professional presentations for management.
• Support preparation of management reports and presentations.
• Communicate with partners and vendors; handle official correspondence (policies, letters, quotations, proposals).
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Purchasing for documentation needs.
• Manage invoice and payment claim database; track status and liaise with Finance/Accounting.

II. JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Statistics, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 1–3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, administration, or network development (experience in automotive/tech Company is a plus).
• Good analytical, monitoring, and planning skills.
• Excellent teamwork and self‑management.
• Resilient & result oriented with proactiveness to go the extra mile.
• IT skills: advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint required.
• Experience using data visualization tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Looker, etc.) is a plus.
• Language skill: advanced English communication is preferred.
