Manage and grow relationships with key customers by understanding their business needs and delivering customized solutions.
Develop and maintain effective account strategies to drive sales, increase market share, and enhance profitability.
Identify and open new account channels to support business expansion and penetrate untapped markets.
Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution and exceptional customer experience.
Represent the company in key client meetings and attend industry events to strengthen relationships and enhance brand visibility.
Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales and profitability targets.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or in a senior sales role within the cosmetics or skincare industry.
Strong understanding of industry trends, market dynamics, and challenges specific to cosmetics and skincare.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade stakeholders.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.
Team player with strong collaboration skills across various departments.
Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
