Job description

Manage and maintain all mining permits, licenses, and relevant documentation to ensure continuous compliance with local and national regulations (Eksplorasi, FS, RKAB, RR, RPT, RIPPM).

Liaise with government authorities and other stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and renewals for mining operations.

Monitor changes in mining laws and regulations, and implement appropriate measures to maintain compliance.

Develop and oversee processes to track, report, and resolve any compliance issues or discrepancies.

Provide guidance and training to operational teams to promote a culture of compliance across the organisation.

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.

Prepare detailed reports on the company's permit status and compliance performance.

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years' experience in a mine permit and compliance role, preferably within the mining industry.

Thorough understanding of mining laws, regulations, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with government authorities.
