Job description

Mine Operation (Level Officer up to Supervisor)

Lead and supervise mining crews, operators, and contractors to achieve daily and monthly production targets.

Manage equipment allocation, pit sequencing, and operational priorities based on mine plan updates.

Ensure compliance with environmental, safety, and mining regulations.

Collaborate with geologist, survey, and mine plan teams for ore control, quality assurance, and mining direction.

Prepare operational performance reports and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost control.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering or related field (preferred).

Minimum 2 – 5 years of experience in open-pit mine operations, preferably in bauxite mining.

Strong understanding of production planning, mine sequencing, and equipment utilization.

Good knowledge of mining safety standards, environmental compliance, and risk management.

Ability to coordinate across multiple functions (Mine Plan, Survey, Geology, Hauling).
