Role Description

Develop and maintain partnerships with merchants in the assigned area, with a focus on increasing sales penetration and achieving area sales targets. Provide training and coaching to merchant staff to strengthen their operational and sales capabilities, while ensuring effective channel execution, POS readiness, and branding visibility. Monitor and control credit risk to maintain healthy and compliant business performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in merchant development or consumer finance (Multifinance Mandatory)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving abilities
• Able to work under pressure, proactive, and a strong team player
